Provide high-touch support to the Managing Partner and Chief of Staff, managing calendars, stakeholder communications, meeting and travel logistics, Investment Committee administration, expense reports, office reception backup, and special projects. Act as accountability partner, maintain confidentiality, and support adoption of project management and AI tools.

Support fund accounting and financial reporting for investment funds: manage quarterly and annual financial statements and audits, coordinate third-party administrators, provide technical accounting for complex fund structures, lead tax filing coordination, assist cash management and forecasting, respond to investor requests, and drive process improvements and system implementations.
