Support mission-critical electrical construction projects (data centers) by tracking RFIs, submittals, schedules, procurement, change orders, and closeout. Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, vendors, and owners, prepare reports, follow up on materials/documentation, and assist with site walks and turnover packages to keep projects on schedule and organized.

Organize and maintain safety training records, certifications, incident and inspection reports, and compliance files. Support scheduling training, compile monthly safety metrics, coordinate with field teams for required documentation, assist with driver qualification and fleet records, and support safety audits and reporting while learning to grow into a Safety Coordinator role.

Lead project controls across the company: establish forecasting, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and tool adoption. Improve forecast accuracy, schedule discipline, margin protection, and build a scalable project controls function while coaching teams and creating standards.

Lead and develop preconstruction and estimating teams for large electrical projects. Own bid strategies, evaluate opportunities, create competitive estimates, manage risk, partner with operations, support business development, and drive win rates and margin improvement across commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and manufacturing projects.

Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, material purchasing, estimating, budget and forecast updates, progress tracking, RFIs/submittals/change orders, meeting notes, customer communication, material coordination, and short-term PM coverage as needed.

Manage end-to-end weekly multi-state payroll for 750–1,000+ employees, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, reconcile timecards and payroll, support year-end filings (W-2, 941, 1095, 1099), administer benefits enrollments and open enrollment, resolve payroll/benefits issues, and maintain accurate payroll records.

Manage electrical service and maintenance projects from estimation through closeout. Coordinate resources, ensure code and OSHA compliance, track costs and profitability, serve as customer liaison, maintain documentation, lead technicians and apprentices, and identify new service opportunities and contract renewals.
