Hiring across field roles (Apprentices, Electricians, Foremen, Superintendents) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial/industrial electrical systems, read plans, lead or support crews, coordinate with project teams, and maintain safety and quality on active job sites.

Lead and develop preconstruction and estimating teams for large electrical projects. Own bid strategies, evaluate opportunities, create competitive estimates, manage risk, partner with operations, support business development, and drive win rates and margin improvement across commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and manufacturing projects.

Manage end-to-end weekly multi-state payroll for 750–1,000+ employees, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, reconcile timecards and payroll, support year-end filings (W-2, 941, 1095, 1099), administer benefits enrollments and open enrollment, resolve payroll/benefits issues, and maintain accurate payroll records.

Lead QA/QC for mission-critical electrical construction projects: develop and implement QA/QC plans, perform inspections and audits of electrical, life-safety, medium-voltage and special systems, coordinate with BIM, manage submittals/RFIs and close-out documentation, investigate non-conformances, track corrective actions, and monitor quality performance and testing equipment calibration.

Manage electrical service and maintenance projects from estimation through closeout. Coordinate resources, ensure code and OSHA compliance, track costs and profitability, serve as customer liaison, maintain documentation, lead technicians and apprentices, and identify new service opportunities and contract renewals.

Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, material purchasing, estimating, budget and forecast updates, progress tracking, RFIs/submittals/change orders, meeting notes, customer communication, material coordination, and short-term PM coverage as needed.

Operate telehandlers and forklifts to load, unload, spot, and relocate materials; assist with sorting, packing, equipment inspections, daily maintenance, and site cleanup while following safety procedures.
