Manage end-to-end weekly multi-state payroll for 750–1,000+ employees, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, reconcile timecards and payroll, support year-end filings (W-2, 941, 1095, 1099), administer benefits enrollments and open enrollment, resolve payroll/benefits issues, and maintain accurate payroll records.

Supports electrical construction projects for data centers and critical facilities by tracking RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, change orders, procurement, meeting notes, and closeout documents. Coordinates with project managers, field leaders, vendors, subcontractors, and owners; prepares reports, follows up on open items, visits active construction sites, and helps identify schedule risks and field needs while developing toward project management responsibilities.

Coordinates electrical BIM and VDC activities from preconstruction through closeout. Develops and maintains Revit models, performs clash detection, produces construction documentation, supports prefabrication and field layout, and conducts constructability and quality reviews. Partners with project managers, superintendents, foremen, architects, engineers, contractors, and trade partners. Maintains coordination records and project information, supports quantity takeoffs and as-built models, and mentors BIM technicians while improving project delivery workflows.
