Leads MEP design and construction coordination for design-build temperature-controlled and food processing facilities. Oversees engineering teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors; coordinates MEP systems with architectural, structural, and process designs; supports installation, testing, and commissioning; resolves technical issues; and contributes to scopes, budgets, and schedules. Requires site travel averaging 3–5 nights per month.

Lead design efforts for cold-storage and industrial facilities: engage customers, create site and facility designs using AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam, define scope, support estimating and project management, coordinate third-party engineers, and drive design decisions through construction.

Create detailed 3D site and building models, textures, lighting, renders, animations, and real-time visualizations. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and preconstruction teams to develop design options, support project planning, and present solutions to leadership and customers.

Manage design-build delivery of food manufacturing projects from concept through commissioning. Coordinate process utilities and mechanical systems, create equipment layouts and mechanical drawings, prepare bid packages, oversee procurement, and support field installation, commissioning, and startup. Lead technical discussions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through design reviews.
