Drive new client acquisition for managed cybersecurity services (SOC/MDR and penetration testing). Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored proposals, present to technical and executive stakeholders, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and provide market feedback to improve offerings.

Advise regulated clients (especially insurers) on AI governance and compliance (EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, ISO). Lead engagements from scoping to delivery, drive business development, build client relationships, and develop advisory offerings while staying current on regulatory and AI trends.

Provide regulatory and compliance advisory to insurers and regulated organisations on AI governance (EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, ISO). Assess AI/ML systems, translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, lead client engagements, drive business development, and help evolve advisory offerings and delivery methods.

Assist the accounting team with administrative and accounting tasks, process documents, enter data into software, and prepare reports.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven insurance products, translating business problems into iterative scopes, driving discovery with clients, collaborating across SDLC, defining measurable product metrics, and advocating user needs in technical discussions.

Design and implement production AI-integrated backend systems (LLM agents, RAG, tool orchestration). Own architecture through production, ensure observability, reliability, scalability; apply modern engineering practices, mentor the team, and collaborate on product design and technical decisions.
