Prepare shop tickets, erection drawings, and shop cards using CAD (AutoCAD); produce bills of materials; check and revise drawings; coordinate with Project Lead, carpentry, steel shop, and production; detail steel cards from sketches; support the design team and perform additional assigned duties.

Provide EHS support for plant and field operations by developing safety programs, training, accident/near‑miss investigations, managing workers' comp claims, conducting air/silica monitoring, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), maintaining safety documentation, and supporting ISO certification.

Manage and direct plant quality control for precast concrete production. Create and implement inspection criteria, oversee testing and mix design, lead quality teams, resolve customer quality issues, work with vendors, and deliver training to ensure products meet specifications and minimize costs.

Manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout, ensuring contract compliance, schedules, budgets, invoicing, and customer communication. Facilitate meetings, negotiate change orders, enforce safety and quality procedures, support production and field schedules, and complete project close-out documentation and post-mortem reviews.

Perform structural design and analysis of precast concrete components and connections, verify production and field drawings, coordinate engineering with internal teams and external contractors/architects, engage production and QC to understand manufacturing, conduct site visits to monitor compliance and track repairs, and support R&D collaborations with universities and industry partners while following safety and quality procedures.

Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers: manage calendars and meetings, organize and distribute project documentation, serve as communication hub for stakeholders, update project management tools to track tasks and milestones, and assist with expense tracking and invoice processing.

Ensure schedule, budget, contract compliance, change orders, invoicing/collections, documentation, communication, safety and quality. Facilitate meetings, secure project information/materials, perform site visits as needed, complete close-out documentation, and lead post-mortem reviews to identify corrective actions.
