Teams at Tindall Corporation

Prepare shop tickets, erection drawings, and shop cards using CAD (AutoCAD); produce bills of materials; check and revise drawings; coordinate with Project Lead, carpentry, steel shop, and production; detail steel cards from sketches; support the design team and perform additional assigned duties.

Manage design and drafting of precast concrete projects, produce engineering packages and drawings from construction documents, interface with sales/estimating/project teams and customers, mentor junior staff, perform field observations and report, and support fabrication/erection coordination.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations at a precast concrete production facility by conducting inspections and audits, investigating incidents and near-misses, maintaining safety documentation, identifying process hazards (cranes, confined spaces, chemicals), developing and delivering training, leading toolbox talks and safety meetings, and ensuring emergency equipment and OSHA 1910 adherence.
