Lead and independently deliver engineering designs, oversee project engineers, perform QA/QC, manage client technical communication, monitor construction, prepare proposals/estimates, and sign/seal engineering documents as authorized. Act as technical expert and sometimes Project Manager for smaller projects.

Use joint-use design and GIS/CAD tools and manage billing and notifications.

Prepare and process joint-use pole and telecommunications design projects, permits, cost estimates, and related files; coordinate with utilities, contractors, and agencies; perform inspections, billing transactions, and occasional non-joint-use design work; work both in office and field and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
