Design, manage, and troubleshoot outside plant (fiber) networks, perform GIS-based engineering and field verifications, review permits and as-builts, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and provide leadership to OSP resources to support large-scale fiber deployments.

Monitor contractors for quality control and contract compliance on roadway and utility projects. Process joint-use attachment permits, liaise with cable/telecom partners, prepare pole construction/design projects and cost estimates, maintain agreement and permit files, perform office and field work, and communicate technical information. Use joint-use design and GIS/CAD tools and manage billing and notifications.

Prepare and process joint-use pole and telecommunications design projects, permits, cost estimates, and related files; coordinate with utilities, contractors, and agencies; perform inspections, billing transactions, and occasional non-joint-use design work; work both in office and field and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Lead regional B2B business development for Timmons Group across Raleigh and eastern North Carolina. Build and manage a strategic pipeline, develop capture and pursuit strategies, engage clients and partners, maintain CRM (Vantagepoint preferred), and support proposals and marketing to drive regional revenue targets. Regular in-person client meetings and regional travel required.

Entry-level civil engineer supporting traffic analysis and planning: perform operational and corridor studies, traffic and safety analyses, multimodal (bicycle/pedestrian) feasibility and design, field data collection, prepare calculations, specifications, plan details, cost estimates, and technical reports while collaborating with senior staff and clients.
