Lead or support engineering project design and delivery, review QA/QC, coordinate teams, manage client communication, supervise field work, prepare proposals, change orders, and sign/seal engineering documents as authorized representative. Act as technical expert or project manager on small-to-medium projects and identify/resolve technical, schedule, or financial issues.

Lead or support civil engineering projects across land development, stormwater, wastewater, traffic, environmental, and structural disciplines. Independently perform engineering designs, QA/QC, client communication, construction monitoring, change orders, proposal and cost estimation, and occasionally act as Project Manager. Sign and seal engineering documents where authorized.

Lead pursuit and proposal efforts across offices and market sectors, develop capture plans and sector marketing strategies, manage high-profile proposals, mentor pursuit staff, oversee pipeline tracking and reporting, and collaborate with technical, business development, and corporate marketing teams to drive growth and improve pursuit processes.

Coordinate regional business development activities across the Raleigh area: represent the firm at events, support client engagement, track opportunities in CRM, assist pursuit and proposal efforts, conduct market research, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive regional growth.

Develop and manage a regional B2B sales pipeline to drive revenue for engineering and professional services. Build strategic client relationships, create pursuit and capture strategies, coordinate with technical and marketing teams, manage CRM data, track forecasts, and represent the firm at industry events. Regular regional travel to engage clients and support growth initiatives.

Prepare and process joint-use pole and telecommunications design projects, permits, cost estimates, and related files; coordinate with utilities, contractors, and agencies; perform inspections, billing transactions, and occasional non-joint-use design work; work both in office and field and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Design, manage, and troubleshoot outside plant (fiber) networks, perform GIS-based engineering and field verifications, review permits and as-builts, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and provide leadership to OSP resources to support large-scale fiber deployments.

Monitor contractors for quality control and contract compliance on roadway and utility projects. Process joint-use attachment permits, liaise with cable/telecom partners, prepare pole construction/design projects and cost estimates, maintain agreement and permit files, perform office and field work, and communicate technical information. Use joint-use design and GIS/CAD tools and manage billing and notifications.
