Lead and independently complete engineering designs across land development, stormwater, wastewater, traffic, or structural projects. Oversee project teams, perform QA/QC, manage client communication, support bidding and construction administration, prepare proposals and change orders, and sign/seal engineering documents as authorized. Provide technical leadership and participate in external professional activities.

Lead or independently execute civil engineering design for land development, stormwater, wastewater, and transportation projects. Oversee project teams, perform QA/QC, manage construction observation, prepare proposals and cost estimates, handle contractor coordination, change orders, and sign/seal engineering documents. Communicate with clients and support project financial management.

Lead or support engineering project design and delivery, review QA/QC, coordinate teams, manage client communication, supervise field work, prepare proposals, change orders, and sign/seal engineering documents as authorized representative. Act as technical expert or project manager on small-to-medium projects and identify/resolve technical, schedule, or financial issues.
