Entry-level civil/traffic engineer responsible for operational and corridor traffic analyses, multimodal and safety studies, traffic signal/ITS planning, calculations, design details and plan sets, field data collection and inspections, cost estimates, and technical report preparation while collaborating with senior staff and clients.

Lead and independently complete civil engineering designs across land development, stormwater, wastewater, transportation, environmental, or structural projects. Act as individual contributor or project manager, assign and review team work, perform QA/QC, manage client communications, support bidding/contractor selection, monitor construction, prepare change orders and proposals, and sign/seal engineering documents as authorized representative.
