The position integrates various responsibilities including finance, HR administration, office management, procurement, contract management, and travel management, supporting internal and external interactions.

Prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit royalty reports for licensed brands by extracting and analyzing revenue data from ERP and BI systems. Reconcile reporting to the general ledger, investigate discrepancies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support audits. Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI/AI tools, partner with Finance/IT/Commercial/Master Data teams, and manage multiple reporting deadlines to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

The Demand Planner will develop forecasts, analyze inventory, collaborate with teams to align planning with goals, and support continuous improvement in processes.
