The Financial Analyst partners with Buying and Merchandising teams across global digital commerce operations. Responsibilities include sales, margin, inventory, and financial forecasting; performance analysis; assortment and open-to-buy optimization; pricing and promotional effectiveness; executive reporting; and financial evaluation of product launches, market entries, and expansion initiatives. The role translates complex data into actionable commercial insights and improves forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes across brands and international markets.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for U.S. and Canadian entities. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial results, managing intercompany accounting, supporting audits and tax reporting, maintaining Oracle and Business Intelligence reports, executing internal controls, and improving accounting processes through automation and AI tools.

Prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit royalty reports for licensed brands by extracting and analyzing revenue data from ERP and BI systems. Reconcile reporting to the general ledger, investigate discrepancies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support audits. Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI/AI tools, partner with Finance/IT/Commercial/Master Data teams, and manage multiple reporting deadlines to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
