Leads Timescapes’ global B2B marketing strategy across North America and APAC, owning brand, demand generation, campaigns, marketing operations, budget, measurement, and revenue contribution. Builds and manages a lean global team, aligns marketing with sales and product, develops thought leadership, and drives pipeline through integrated channels, ABM, events, and lead nurturing. The role also embeds AI and automation across marketing workflows and requires frequent travel across North America and APAC.

Drive new business acquisition and account expansion across named Tier 1 and 2 construction accounts in Queensland. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, multi-threading stakeholder relationships, pipeline and CRM management, forecasting, quota achievement, industry networking, and collaboration with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role also contributes to enterprise account planning and mentors junior Account Executives.

Lead end-to-end UX and product design for Timescapes’ construction progress tracking platform. Research customer needs, prototype and test solutions, iterate throughout the product lifecycle, and design complex AI-powered capabilities. Collaborate with customers, product managers, and engineers while helping expand the design system, introduce AI-assisted workflows, and develop concepts for future products.

Lead and build Timescapes' operational foundation to scale from $10M toward $50M ARR. Own day-to-day operations, business systems, field service, logistics, margin improvement, operational finance, risk, compliance, H&S, privacy and security. Establish operating rhythm, BI/data capability, and cross-functional alignment while developing leaders and enabling applied-AI initiatives.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, develop ML models for computer vision, integrate with products, manage data and experiments, and work on end-to-end ML operations.
