Lead end-to-end UX and product design for Timescapes’ construction progress tracking platform. Research customer needs, prototype and test solutions, iterate throughout the product lifecycle, and design complex AI-powered capabilities. Collaborate with customers, product managers, and engineers while helping expand the design system, introduce AI-assisted workflows, and develop concepts for future products.

Lead full-cycle, cross-market talent acquisition for North America and other regions, build proactive candidate pipelines using AI sourcing tools, manage agency relationships, drive employer brand and market intelligence, and act as the on-the-ground People Experience partner for Vancouver, Toronto and Dallas teams.

Establish operating rhythm, BI/data capability, and cross-functional alignment while developing leaders and enabling applied-AI initiatives.

Responsible for meeting annual revenue targets, building relationships with key clients, fostering enterprise agreements, and managing sales activities through CRM.

Lead AI transformation and data reporting: identify high-leverage automation opportunities, build and maintain agentic AI workflows, design ELT pipelines and a unified reporting platform, partner with teams, manage vendors, establish AI guardrails, and measure outcomes to ensure adoption and cost control.

The Director of AI Engineering will lead AI capabilities, including development and evaluation of AI systems, while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, develop ML models for computer vision, integrate with products, manage data and experiments, and work on end-to-end ML operations.

Manage and grow a named portfolio of Tier 1 & 2 construction accounts in Queensland, driving new project revenue and enterprise-wide agreements. Hunt for net-new business, build C-suite relationships, forecast pipeline, collaborate with Solutions, Marketing and Customer Success, and maintain CRM data quality to meet ARR and expansion targets.
