Manage a portfolio of construction projects throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and value realization. Build strong customer relationships, provide training and support, identify expansion opportunities and customer success-qualified leads, analyze user engagement data, and communicate customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Leads Timescapes’ global B2B marketing strategy across North America and APAC, owning brand, demand generation, campaigns, marketing operations, budget, measurement, AI adoption, and pipeline contribution. Builds and manages a lean global team, develops ABM and field marketing programs, partners closely with sales and product, and drives measurable growth through data-driven optimization, automation, thought leadership, and regional execution.

Drive new business acquisition and account expansion across named Tier 1 and 2 construction accounts in Queensland. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, multi-threading stakeholder relationships, pipeline and CRM management, forecasting, quota achievement, industry networking, and collaboration with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role also contributes to enterprise account planning and mentors junior Account Executives.

Lead end-to-end UX and product design for Timescapes’ construction progress tracking platform. Research customer needs, prototype and test solutions, iterate throughout the product lifecycle, and design complex AI-powered capabilities. Collaborate with customers, product managers, and engineers while helping expand the design system, introduce AI-assisted workflows, and develop concepts for future products.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, develop ML models for computer vision, integrate with products, manage data and experiments, and work on end-to-end ML operations.
