Manage and grow a named portfolio of Tier 1 & 2 construction accounts in Queensland, driving new project revenue and enterprise-wide agreements. Hunt for net-new business, build C-suite relationships, forecast pipeline, collaborate with Solutions, Marketing and Customer Success, and maintain CRM data quality to meet ARR and expansion targets.

Hands-on bookkeeping role owning day-to-day financial operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable and subscription billing (Chargebee/HubSpot), daily Xero reconciliations, month/year-end close support, GST returns, fixed asset management, and process improvements to scale finance operations.

The Customer Success Manager ensures project teams maximize value from Timescapes through onboarding, engagement, and relationship building while managing contract extensions and expansion opportunities.
