Build and maintain internal AI workflows, automations, and tools across company functions. Identify process improvements, integrate commercial systems through APIs, establish trusted data models and metrics, manage vendors, control operating costs, and implement responsible AI guardrails. The role also enables teams through training and playbooks while owning solutions end to end in a hybrid Auckland environment.

Build and lead Timescapes’ in-house finance function across entities in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States. Responsibilities include accounting migration, consolidation, compliance, finance systems, automation, inventory and camera-fleet accounting, revenue recognition, cash management, forecasting, investor reporting, tax, insurance, and governance. The role leads a Billing Analyst, supports commercial decisions and fundraising, and partners closely with the CEO and external advisors.

Manage a portfolio of construction projects throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and value realization. Build strong customer relationships, provide training and support, identify expansion opportunities and customer success-qualified leads, analyze user engagement data, and communicate customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
