Plans territory outreach, tailors messaging to buyer personas, meets activity targets, collaborates with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, and develops repeatable engagement playbooks.

Leads TimelyCare’s visual brand strategy, identity, design system, integrated campaigns, and brand experiences. The role combines hands-on design and creative direction with oversight of agencies, freelancers, production partners, and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities include building scalable creative systems, connecting brand and product experiences, developing multimedia campaigns, establishing responsible AI practices, and partnering across Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to ensure consistent, accessible, high-quality brand expression.

Lead TimelyCare's editorial strategy and build an AI-enabled content operation to produce thought leadership, original research, and multi-channel storytelling. Drive content distribution, executive storytelling, and measurable performance across SEO, LinkedIn, newsletters, PR, and owned channels while partnering cross-functionally to support brand awareness and business growth.
