Own full-funnel performance, build forecasts and executive dashboards, ensure Salesforce data integrity, define GTM KPIs, and partner cross-functionally to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive bookings and renewals.

Own end-to-end provider scheduling for on-demand care, develop and maintain training resources, monitor network capacity and operational metrics, support demand forecasting and incentive tracking, improve processes and automation, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Lead and operate the revenue engine by building finance-grade forecasting, designing GTM strategy, leading a cross-functional ops team, improving data architecture and automation, governing the GTM tech stack, and driving cross-functional alignment to optimize pipeline, retention, and revenue.

Serve as first point of contact for students, providers, and campus partners via phone, SMS, and email; triage and connect members to appropriate care, support care coordination and crisis teams, manage records and reports, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and SLAs.

Lead brand and campaign design from concept to production across digital, print, social, motion, and experiential channels. Maintain and evolve brand systems, design libraries, and templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, provide creative direction to internal teams and external partners, and ensure accessibility, quality, and consistent brand execution.
