Provide executive support (calendar management, travel, meetings, expense reconciliation), manage office operations and facilities, coordinate events and new-hire logistics, greet guests and handle mail, and maintain office supplies and a welcoming onsite environment.

Support the Director of Strategy & Operations on growth and operational initiatives: conduct market research, analyze data, build business cases, manage project plans, partner cross-functionally, and present recommendations to inform senior leadership.

Drive top-of-funnel growth in the K-12 market by prospecting, qualifying leads, setting high-quality discovery meetings, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to build repeatable outreach playbooks and accelerate pipeline.
