Senior Brand Designer responsible for translating business objectives into visual solutions across digital, print, social, motion, and experiential channels. Own and evolve brand systems, produce campaign assets, lead projects end-to-end, provide creative direction to internal and external partners, and adopt AI-powered design workflows to accelerate ideation and production. Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and production-ready deliverables while improving creative operations and asset management.

Maintain and coordinate QA policies, procedures, and practice guidelines; track review cycles and version control; support QA program activities including data collection, audits, incident review, committee materials, root cause analysis, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement initiatives. Communicate across clinical and operational teams and assist the QA Program Manager with surveys, documentation, and compliance tasks.
