Leads TimelyCare’s visual brand strategy, identity, design system, integrated campaigns, and brand experiences. The role combines hands-on design and creative direction with oversight of agencies, freelancers, production partners, and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities include building scalable creative systems, connecting brand and product experiences, developing multimedia campaigns, establishing responsible AI practices, and partnering across Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to ensure consistent, accessible, high-quality brand expression.

Owns the end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, and strategic proposal lifecycle. Leads qualification, response strategy, writing, reviews, stakeholder coordination, submission, and post-response analysis. Builds scalable workflows, content libraries, templates, governance standards, and AI-enabled processes. Maintains proposal data in Salesforce and related platforms, tracks performance and win rates, leads debriefs, and uses insights to improve messaging, qualification, resource allocation, and proposal outcomes.

Provides telephonic and virtual case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, care coordination, and member navigation. Case Managers assess suicide and safety risks, respond to CrisisNow calls, support crisis response teams, review flagged community posts, coordinate referrals and higher levels of care, monitor individualized care plans, and document interventions securely. The role also supports members with complex mental health, psychiatric, substance use, medical, academic, and basic-needs concerns in a structured remote call-center environment.
