Support the Director of Strategy & Operations by conducting market research and data analysis, building business cases, managing project plans, partnering cross-functionally, preparing presentations for leadership, and driving operational improvements to scale care delivery.

Provide executive support (calendar management, travel, meetings, expense reconciliation), manage office operations and facilities, coordinate events and new-hire logistics, greet guests and handle mail, and maintain office supplies and a welcoming onsite environment.

Lead brand and campaign design from concept to production across digital, print, social, motion, and experiential channels. Maintain and evolve brand systems, design libraries, and templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, provide creative direction to internal teams and external partners, and ensure accessibility, quality, and consistent brand execution.
