Responsibilities include selecting equipment, tooling, and fixtures; maintaining process documentation; resolving production issues; supporting capital projects; and training production staff. The role collaborates with design and production teams and requires engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of process improvement methods.

Applies protective polyurea and polyurethane coatings to utility truck bodies, chassis components, and aerial lift assemblies. Prepares steel, aluminum, and fiberglass substrates through blasting, grinding, cleaning, priming, and masking. Operates heated, high-pressure plural-component spray equipment, controls coating thickness and texture, performs quality inspections, maintains spray equipment, records chemical and environmental data, and follows hazardous-material and industrial safety procedures.

Administer, configure, customize, and optimize Epicor ERP and related enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into ERP solutions, manage integrations and interfaces, support upgrades and performance tuning, develop reporting capabilities, improve workflows and data integrity, and provide technical and functional support. The role partners with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams to deliver ERP initiatives, governance, documentation, and process improvements.

Lead accounting process improvements, support budgeting and forecasting, collaborate across departments, and manage, coach, and develop accounting staff while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate, timely reporting.

Leads HR strategy and operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. Partners with plant leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS data integrity, and workforce analytics. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports employment-law compliance, and maintains consistent HR processes across sites. Requires approximately 20% travel throughout the Midwest.

Performs final finishing, visual inspections, operational testing, and quality documentation for under-bridge inspection machines. Responsibilities include installing decals and protections, greasing, touch-up painting, torquing bolts, testing equipment on bridges, reviewing engineering specifications, documenting discrepancies, and supporting hydraulic, electrical, and machine assembly work. The role operates in a factory and outdoor environment, including work around trucks and mobile hydraulic equipment.

Manage and grow a Houston sales territory for BrandFX and Versalift equipment. Develop relationships with utility, municipal, telecom, contractor, and fleet customers; provide consultative sales and explain technical product details. Coordinate with engineering, customer service, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company at trade shows, generate leads, track activities in CRM systems, and travel within the territory as needed.

Repairs, restores, inspects, sands, buffs, polishes, and finishes fiberglass body components. Operates pneumatic and electric hand tools, identifies surface defects, applies compounds and fillers, meets production quality standards, and maintains a safe, organized work area while collaborating with the production team.

Leads quality assurance across manufacturing operations, including ISO 9001 compliance, personnel supervision, audits, calibration, corrective actions, first-article inspections, special-process qualifications, supplier evaluations, and statistical quality analysis. Collaborates with engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and improve production standards.
