Supports the Sales Department by preparing customer quotations, verifying pricing and product specifications, reviewing orders for accuracy, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and providing timely information to sales representatives and customers. The role coordinates with Order Management and other departments to resolve discrepancies, gathers competitive market information, and supports trade shows and field sales activities.

Enter and maintain customer orders in Epicor, verify documentation and configurations, track production and material transactions, and coordinate with Sales, Production, Materials, Shipping, and Finance. Resolve or escalate discrepancies affecting production scheduling, shipment, and invoicing. Maintain order dates, incomplete-order queues, job statuses, and transaction records while supporting audits, training expense tracking, and scheduling.

Administer and secure enterprise network, systems, and cloud infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. Responsibilities include managing Cisco Meraki equipment, firewalls, VLANs, routing, Active Directory, Entra ID, identity policies, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. The role monitors performance, troubleshoots connectivity and collaboration incidents, maintains documentation, and supports high availability and security.
