The Manufacturing Engineer improves production processes, reduces waste, applies lean manufacturing principles, and enhances efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include selecting equipment, tooling, and fixtures; maintaining process documentation; resolving production issues; supporting capital projects; and training production staff. The role collaborates with design and production teams and requires engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of process improvement methods.

Applies protective polyurea and polyurethane coatings to utility truck bodies, chassis components, and aerial lift assemblies. Prepares steel, aluminum, and fiberglass substrates through blasting, grinding, cleaning, priming, and masking. Operates heated, high-pressure plural-component spray equipment, controls coating thickness and texture, performs quality inspections, maintains spray equipment, records chemical and environmental data, and follows hazardous-material and industrial safety procedures.

Administer, configure, customize, and optimize Epicor ERP and related enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into ERP solutions, manage integrations and interfaces, support upgrades and performance tuning, develop reporting capabilities, improve workflows and data integrity, and provide technical and functional support. The role partners with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams to deliver ERP initiatives, governance, documentation, and process improvements.
