Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, manage month/quarter/year-end closings, support financial reporting and audits, analyze variances, assist budgeting/forecasting, and improve accounting processes.

Process and record customer payments; create and send invoices; maintain customer files; draft past-due correspondence and contact delinquent accounts; research discrepancies; assist with AR reconciliations, monthly billing, revenue account reconciliation, and reporting; support Collections and Accounting Managers; perform filing and related administrative tasks.

Manage product sales and inventory for assigned accounts, build relationships with store decision-makers, execute merchandising and promotional programs, maintain company assets and vehicles, place and manage orders, perform shelf and display resets, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Maintain general ledger and perform cost accounting. Prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile bank and cash accounts, manage A/R and A/P, assist auditors, file tax forms, and support accounting software and purchasing/invoicing systems.
