Senior People Partner to partner with senior leadership on organisational design, acquisition integration, complex employee relations, and People Operations. Lead change, drive workforce planning, improve People systems (HiBob, Ravio), manage People Operations, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams across international markets.

Manage a portfolio of U.S. brand partners, driving account growth, revenue, and sales expansion. Build relationships with stakeholders, lead business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, support renewals and customer service, and coordinate between customers and technical teams. Analyze performance data, negotiate complex deals, communicate customer feedback internally, and administer various platforms and systems.

Manage accounts receivable and credit control, run collections (including GoCardless), resolve customer queries, support onboarding of retailers/suppliers, drive process improvements and automation with the new ERP, and assist with weekly/monthly reconciliations and self-billing.

Lead and optimise Tillo's indirect retail content sourcing across international markets (outside North America) by managing relationships with gift card aggregators, distributors and indirect partners. Drive country expansion, improve indirect margins through negotiation and route optimisation, maintain CRM pipelines, monitor partner performance, and work cross-functionally to implement scalable commercial solutions.

Lead global treasury operations including daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, working capital optimisation, corporate credit facility management, treasury controls, FX hedging, banking partner selection, and treasury technology roadmap planning.

Build and maintain Python (FastAPI) microservices for payments, billing and reporting; ensure application data is modelled and delivered to Snowflake/OpenSearch; collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Analysts on data quality and schemas; own CI/CD, Helm and container configs; drive testing, security, and AI-assisted engineering practices; mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards.

Manage accounts receivable and collections, ensure accurate end-to-end invoicing, resolve customer and stakeholder billing queries, support onboarding of retailers and suppliers, assist weekly/monthly reconciliations, and collaborate on process improvements and automation to minimise overdue balances.

Serve as the dedicated finance partner for a channel, owning forecasting, reporting, cashflow and working-capital forecasting, and commercial decision support. Translate data into actionable insights, optimise margin and pricing, standardise and automate reporting, and build trusted relationships with commercial and local leadership while integrating local performance into Group FP&A and Board reporting.
