Manage credit control, collections, accounts receivable ledgers, invoicing, customer queries, and GoCardless collections. Support weekly and monthly reconciliations, self-billing, onboarding, financial controls, and process improvement initiatives. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Account Management, Commercial teams, customers, and suppliers to maintain accurate records and reduce overdue balances.

Manage daily multi-currency bank reconciliations, transactions, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journals, and audit support across multiple entities. Investigate discrepancies, respond to finance queries, maintain accurate records, and improve finance processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Manage a portfolio of U.S. brand partners, driving account growth, revenue, and sales expansion. Build relationships with stakeholders, lead business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, support renewals and customer service, and coordinate between customers and technical teams. Analyze performance data, negotiate complex deals, communicate customer feedback internally, and administer various platforms and systems.
