Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts, drive renewals, upsells and revenue expansion, build senior stakeholder relationships, lead commercial negotiations, support API onboarding and integrations, and act as the customer voice to influence product and strategy.

Lead and optimise Tillo's indirect retail content sourcing across international markets (outside North America) by managing relationships with gift card aggregators, distributors and indirect partners. Drive country expansion, improve indirect margins through negotiation and route optimisation, maintain CRM pipelines, monitor partner performance, and work cross-functionally to implement scalable commercial solutions.

Lead global treasury operations including daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, working capital optimisation, corporate credit facility management, treasury controls, FX hedging, banking partner selection, and treasury technology roadmap planning.
