Provide in-home and school-based strengths-focused clinical support to youth and families, develop treatment goals with interdisciplinary teams, perform assessments, deliver crisis and trauma counseling, build community partnerships, ensure accurate ECHO reporting and case documentation, and advocate with courts and community stakeholders.

Work includes face-to-face visits, transportation, advocacy, and on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President including calendar management, meeting coordination, board liaison duties, correspondence and report preparation, minute-taking, travel and expense coordination, event planning, and ad-hoc projects. Ensure smooth communication across departments and manage logistical and committee tasks to support executive operations.

Teach middle school special education students using structured, individualized instruction and trauma-informed practices. Monitor learning, implement curriculum with data-driven differentiation, manage classroom behavior, engage families, collaborate with staff, and participate in professional development and extracurricular activities.
