Provide in-home and school-based strengths-focused clinical support to youth and families, develop treatment goals with interdisciplinary teams, perform assessments, deliver crisis and trauma counseling, build community partnerships, ensure accurate ECHO reporting and case documentation, and advocate with courts and community stakeholders.

Provide in-home and community strengths-based supervision with daily face-to-face visits and on-call duties. Develop treatment goals, conduct evaluations/utilization reviews, deliver crisis and trauma counseling, coordinate resources and transportation, document services in electronic notes, and build community partnerships to increase client access.

Provide in-home and community strengths-based support to youth and families at risk for truancy or child-welfare involvement. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop treatment goals, perform assessments, provide counseling, advocacy, transportation, coordinate resources and community partnerships, maintain EHR documentation, attend supervision and meetings, and meet engagement productivity expectations.
