Mentors justice-involved youth using lived experience to build trust, support positive decision-making, promote conflict resolution, develop life skills, and connect youth with educational, vocational, clinical, family, and community resources. The role includes intensive community-based mentoring, trauma-informed support, restorative justice practices, flexible evening and weekend availability, transportation assistance, stakeholder collaboration, and participation in training.

Provides in-home and community-based support to youth and families involved with school attendance, court, or child welfare concerns. Caseworkers develop treatment goals, conduct assessments, provide counseling, advocacy, transportation, resources, and adaptive living support. They collaborate with clinicians, schools, legal providers, law enforcement, and community partners; document services in an electronic health record; attend supervision and meetings; and support client safety and engagement.

Provides in-home and community-based supervision, case management, counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, assessments, transportation, and adaptive living support for clients and families. Collaborates with clinicians, caseworkers, behavioral assistants, and community partners to develop treatment goals and connect families with services. Maintains documentation, treatment plans, utilization reviews, and service metrics while ensuring client safety, cultural sensitivity, and professional boundaries.
