Supports the President by managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, presentations, and administrative priorities. Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and coordinates Board committees, agendas, materials, minutes, retreats, and action items. Handles procurement, expenses, invoices, special events, communications, and ad hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality and managing competing deadlines. The role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and administrative skills in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Teach middle school special education students using structured, individualized instruction and trauma-informed practices. Monitor learning, implement curriculum with data-driven differentiation, manage classroom behavior, engage families, collaborate with staff, and participate in professional development and extracurricular activities.

Provide in-home and community strengths-based support to youth and families at risk of truancy or involvement with courts. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to set treatment goals, provide resources and transportation, complete clinical documentation, build community partnerships, and meet client engagement productivity expectations.
