Leads the design and scaling of Databricks-based data, analytics, and AI platforms supporting global customer operations. Builds enterprise data pipelines, machine learning, NLP, generative AI, conversational AI, dashboards, and operational intelligence solutions. Establishes governance, data quality, CI/CD, reliability, and AI lifecycle standards while partnering with product, operations, engineering, workforce management, and AI teams. Provides technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineers and data scientists.

Leads the architecture, configuration, integration, and operational excellence of global Zendesk and Five9 contact center platforms. Owns scalable workflows, deployment automation, monitoring, incident resolution, security, documentation, and QA standards. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, makes system-level decisions, mentors junior engineers, optimizes performance and costs, and supports multichannel customer experience capabilities across global markets.

Own the full new-business sales cycle across Finland, from prospecting and cold outreach through solution selling, negotiation, and contract closing. Build pipelines, acquire clients, exceed revenue targets, develop account plans, create proposals, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and represent Ticketmaster at industry events. The role targets event organizers, promoters, venues, sports organizations, and entertainment partners.
