The Lead Software Engineer will oversee development in abuse and fraud prevention, lead teams, design systems, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Plan and coordinate web platform development: gather requirements, translate to technical specs, collaborate with frontend/backend and UX teams, track milestones, evaluate architecture for scalability, identify risks, maintain documentation, and optimize workflows to deliver a stable, user-focused ticketing web experience.

Manage and develop the local Fan Support team to meet SLAs/KPIs, drive a fan-first culture, report on fan sentiment (NPS, CSAT), collaborate cross-functionally, lead local initiatives, optimize workflows and operating costs, and provide data-driven recommendations to influence strategy.
