Leads physical testing of aerospace and defense systems, including test planning, setup, instrumentation, execution, data capture, failure analysis, and reporting. Works hands-on with electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and integrated aerospace hardware to improve reliability, performance, and operational readiness. Collaborates with engineering teams to diagnose complex system failures and develop disciplined test processes.

Leads end-to-end execution of aerospace and precision-strike hardware programs from concept through development, testing, qualification, production, and deployment. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and test teams; manages cost, schedules, risks, dependencies, requirements, configuration control, and stakeholder communications. Drives technical decisions, test readiness, production integration, and delivery accountability while briefing executives, customers, suppliers, and program teams.

Leads procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier development, inventory and property management, logistics, and supply-chain compliance across aerospace and defense programs. Ensures FAR and DFARS compliance, manages supplier qualification and performance, supports technical data and configuration processes, assesses supply risks, and builds scalable material-management systems. Partners with Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Quality, Security, and Program Management to maintain readiness, cost control, documentation, and operational resilience.

Build and operate internal software, platform services, developer tooling, Kubernetes infrastructure, and reproducible Nix environments. Develop Go and Rust automation, improve CI/CD and reliability, support Linux systems, networking, identity, endpoints, and SaaS platforms, and resolve ambiguous technical problems independently. Partner across engineering, security, operations, and business teams while mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction.

Define and evolve Tiberius Aerospace’s visual identity across brand, digital, campaigns, product storytelling, film, photography, motion, events, and physical environments. Translate complex aerospace and defense technologies into compelling visual narratives, lead creative partners and production, direct major launches and company moments, and establish scalable creative systems and standards. Work closely with founders, executives, engineers, and product teams while building the company’s long-term in-house creative function.

Lead Tiberius Aerospace’s communications strategy, external narrative, founder communications, product and technology storytelling, media relations, strategic announcements, and reputation management. Translate complex defense and aerospace technologies into clear, credible communications; advise leadership during sensitive situations; build journalist relationships; and establish the communications team, systems, agency partnerships, launch processes, rapid-response frameworks, and measurement cadence.

Develops and maintains reduced-order flight vehicle and propulsion performance models, aerodynamic and propulsion databases, and test data reduction processes. Analyzes wind tunnel, engine, ground, and flight test data; correlates predictions with measurements; supports uncertainty quantification, instrumentation planning, trade studies, and design reviews. The engineer collaborates with CFD, flight dynamics, controls, quality, test, and program teams while presenting performance analyses to government customers and major program reviews.

Lead planning, setup, instrumentation, execution, data capture, failure analysis, and reporting for physical testing of electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and integrated aerospace hardware. Develop disciplined test plans, run hands-on hardware tests, and work with engineering teams to improve reliability, performance, and readiness for mission-critical systems.

Provide manufacturing expertise for aerospace systems, ensuring production readiness, process compliance, quality, and manufacturability. Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize processes, support audits, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement in a defense/aerospace environment.

Lead capture efforts for DoD and Intelligence Community opportunities from qualification through award. Build capture plans, customer relationships, competitive intelligence, teaming agreements, and price-to-win strategy. Coordinate with engineering, proposals, contracts, and finance, run gate reviews, maintain pipeline in CRM, and represent the company at industry events to convert technical capability into funded programs of record.

Own Salesforce and commercial data infrastructure to build pipeline architecture, forecasting cadence, and executive reporting. Improve CRM discipline, data quality, lead routing, and forecast accuracy. Partner with leadership and BD/capture teams, train users, create SOPs, and standardize revenue metrics across programs and geographies to enable scalable growth.

Translate GNC algorithms into production real-time embedded flight software, own GNC software architecture, and build/operate SIL and HIL infrastructure. Implement navigation filters, guidance and control laws in embedded C/C++, enforce coding standards, run V&V and performance characterization, and support ground, environmental, and range test activities as the GNC software technical lead.

Lead design and verification of the autopilot and flight control system across gun-launch through supersonic/hypersonic flight. Perform stability and robustness analysis, develop control laws and gain scheduling in MATLAB/Simulink, specify actuators and control surfaces, support wind-tunnel and test planning, and own GN&C technical content for milestone reviews and verification.
