- Define and evolve the visual language of Tiberius across typography, graphic systems, imagery, motion, photography, film, digital experiences, and physical applications
- Develop original creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, company announcements, recruiting, events, and major company moments
- Work directly with engineers and product teams to translate complex systems into clear, compelling visual stories without sacrificing technical credibility
- Establish how Tiberius products are photographed, filmed, rendered, diagrammed, demonstrated, and introduced to the world
- Shape the creative direction of Tiberius.com and establish a recognisable visual language across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Lead photography, film, animation, technical visualisation, and content production from concept through final delivery
- Establish a distinctive approach to capturing Tiberius people, products, manufacturing, testing, and deployments
- Find compelling ways to document the engineering process — from laboratories and manufacturing floors to live-fire testing and field demonstrations
- Partner directly with founders, executives, and company leadership on the highest-visibility moments for Tiberius
- Build scalable creative systems, templates, standards, and frameworks that allow the company to move quickly without diluting the brand
- Determine which capabilities should be built internally, which should be delivered through world-class external partners, and what the Tiberius creative organisation should become over time
- Serve as the final creative filter for how Tiberius presents itself and raise the quality bar across all outward-facing work
- Define and continuously evolve a distinctive visual identity for Tiberius
- Establish clear standards across typography, layout, colour, image treatment, iconography, motion, and graphic systems
- Build a brand that feels coherent across digital, physical, editorial, product, and campaign applications
- Ensure Tiberius is recognisable through its creative expression, not only its logo
- Partner with engineering and product teams to understand what is actually being built
- Translate sophisticated aerospace, defence, software, manufacturing, and weapons-system concepts into credible and compelling visual narratives
- Develop standards for product renders, diagrams, technical illustrations, demonstrations, explainer content, and launch materials
- Make advanced technology understandable without turning it into generic science-fiction imagery or oversimplified marketing
- Direct the visual documentation of Tiberius products, people, manufacturing, testing, and operational environments
- Lead photographers, filmmakers, production companies, animators, and other creative partners from initial concept through final delivery
- Establish a distinctive and repeatable approach to photography, cinematic storytelling, motion design, and technical visualisation
- Turn engineering progress, flight testing, live-fire activity, and operational milestones into high-quality creative assets
- Shape the creative direction of Tiberius.com and ensure the site reflects the company’s technical ambition, credibility, and point of view
- Establish visual standards for social and digital channels, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Create an integrated digital expression that feels like one company rather than a collection of disconnected posts and assets
- Partner with Communications and Marketing to ensure creative work supports narrative, launches, recruiting, and business priorities
- Lead the creative direction for major company moments, including:
- New weapons and platforms
- Product launches and demonstrations
- Flight and live-fire testing
- Government contracts

- Ensure each moment is creatively distinct, strategically aligned, and executed to a high standard
- Build a scalable creative capability for a rapidly growing aerospace and defence company
- Develop creative processes, production standards, review mechanisms, templates, and operating rhythms
- Manage agency, studio, freelance, production, and vendor relationships where appropriate
- Help shape the future internal creative team, including its structure, capabilities, and hiring priorities
- Protect quality while maintaining the speed and urgency required by the business
- Significant experience in brand design, creative direction, art direction, or multidisciplinary design within an exceptional technology company, design studio, creative agency, or similarly demanding environment
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work across multiple mediums, including brand identity, digital, campaigns, product storytelling, film, photography, motion, or environmental design
- Demonstrated experience defining or substantially evolving a brand — not simply working within an established identity
- Exceptional judgment in typography, composition, photography, motion, visual storytelling, and creative restraint
- Ability to move comfortably between creative strategy, concept development, design critique, production direction, and hands-on execution
- Experience directing designers, photographers, filmmakers, agencies, studios, production companies, or other creative partners
- Strong ability to communicate creative decisions clearly to founders, executives, engineers, and external collaborators
- Ability to take complex technical material and find the story, image, or idea that makes it understandable and memorable

- Experience directing technical renders, 3D visualisation, product photography, industrial photography, animation, or documentary-style film
- Experience building or scaling an in-house creative function

- Fluency in modern creative workflows and tools, including Figma and relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility launches or campaigns
