Assemble mechanical, electrical, and structural components in boat hulls and decks. Perform light plumbing, caulking, wire-harness routing, and operate hoists/cranes. Read blueprints, perform visual quality checks, maintain 5S workspace, and collaborate across teams to meet specifications.

Assemble boat deck components to specifications using hand and shop tools, follow Tiara Yachts work instructions, maintain labor records, report issues, assist training, and follow safety and PPE policies. Must handle physical tasks and basic computer/math duties.

Finish wood and trim by sanding and varnishing to manufacturing specifications, operate woodworking tools, follow safety/PPE rules, communicate issues, and assist/training teammates as needed.

Support and maintain the QMS, lead root-cause investigations (8D/5-Why), drive corrective actions, analyze quality data, perform audits, disposition non-conforming material, and collaborate with manufacturing to reduce defects and improve processes using Six Sigma/Lean tools.
