Assemble boat exteriors per Tiara Yachts work instructions using hand and shop tools. Perform physical tasks (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs), maintain labor records, follow safety and PPE procedures, assist with training, and report process or material issues to team leader.

Perform sanding and varnishing of wood and trim to manufacturing specifications using handheld and stationary woodworking tools. Follow work instructions, maintain safety and PPE, communicate issues to team lead, lift up to 40 lbs, and assist or train teammates as needed.

Assembles and installs wood trim, doors, mirrors, plumbing, and related components in boat units according to manufacturing specifications. Uses carpentry and woodworking tools, works with air conditioning units and insulation, maintains quality and safety standards, records labor, and communicates production issues. The role requires physical work, basic computer and math skills, teamwork, independent work, occasional overtime, and adherence to 5S, PPE, and company safety procedures.

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and structural components on yacht hulls and decks. Perform light plumbing, caulking, wiring, routing harnesses and installing systems. Operate hoists/cranes, read blueprints, conduct visual quality checks, maintain 5S workspace, and support cross-functional tasks.

Apply gelcoat, varnish, and protective coatings using spray guns; prepare and inspect surfaces; blend, buff, and polish finishes; mix materials and adjust equipment; follow safety protocols and maintain tools and workspace to deliver high-gloss, defect-free yacht surfaces.
