Manage processing of damaged, defective, and warranty parts; coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing for dispositions and replacement parts; analyze damage data and support supplier quality containment and vendor reimbursement.

Perform sanding and varnishing of wood and trim to manufacturing specifications using handheld and stationary woodworking tools. Follow work instructions, maintain safety and PPE, communicate issues to team lead, lift up to 40 lbs, and assist or train teammates as needed.

Apply gelcoat, varnish, and protective coatings using spray guns; prepare and inspect surfaces; blend, buff, and polish finishes; mix materials and adjust equipment; follow safety protocols and maintain tools and workspace to deliver high-gloss, defect-free yacht surfaces.
