TIAMAT is a CNRS spin-off based in Amiens that designs, develops, industrializes, and produces rechargeable sodium-ion batteries for energy storage and high-power applications. Its technology aims to reduce reliance on critical materials such as lithium and cobalt while supporting electrification, renewable-energy adoption, and economic decarbonization. The company is pursuing industrial-scale production in France, with initial markets including power tools and stationary storage.
