Own and maintain a master integrated schedule for a complex enterprise technology modernization program. Perform critical path analysis, resource leveling, baseline management, risk and issue tracking, variance analysis, and mitigation planning. Produce executive schedule and status reports, establish schedule management standards, coach PMO and workstream teams, and support governance briefings. The role coordinates government, vendor, and contractor stakeholders in a primarily remote hybrid arrangement based in Olympia, Washington.

Owns full-stack product features from concept through deployment and maintenance. Develops Python and Django back-end services, RESTful APIs, React front-end components, database schemas, and production-quality application code. Ensures performance, responsiveness, logging, testing, and code quality while collaborating on reviews. Works in Linux-based, containerized environments using OCI tools and contributes to deployment processes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable PHP applications and APIs. Architect full-stack solutions, optimize performance and security, lead code reviews, mentor developers, collaborate with product and design, and contribute to technical roadmap and CI/CD practices.

Lead integration of AI/ML into a cloud-native human-performance platform: architect generative AI and RAG workflows, build serverless backends and microservices, optimize data pipelines (SQL/NoSQL, embeddings), maintain CI/CD, modernize legacy PHP backends, mentor engineers, and drive architecture and deployment of LLM-based features.

Build and maintain full-stack features across a Django back end and React front end. Develop RESTful APIs, design database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL), ensure performance and reliability, work with OCI container tooling in Linux, write tests and documentation, and participate in code reviews through the full product lifecycle.

Lead design and development of complex, secure full-stack software for the Office of Naval Research. Define architecture, implement scalable code, perform performance and security optimizations, lead code reviews, mentor developers, work with stakeholders on requirements and timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of the PDS project adhering to DOD information assurance standards.
