The HR Business Partner provides consultative HR support, implements programs enhancing employee experience, and leads various HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Handle inbound and outbound outreach to clients at risk of transferring funds, resolve questions, educate on investment options, refer to advisory solutions, facilitate transfers, and promote the organizations products while collaborating with the National Contact Center and internal partners.

Provide in-person and virtual financial planning and product advice to retirement plan participants and beneficiaries. Recommend and facilitate purchases (mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, life insurance), execute transactions, develop institutional relationships, and use tax/investment knowledge to help clients meet short- and long-term goals. Role includes initial hourly training period, then salaried status, and requires obtaining licenses within 120 days.
