Leads continuous improvement and operations analysis initiatives across business units. Manages experienced professionals, evaluates process enhancements and business cases, identifies value-creation opportunities, coordinates cross-functional implementation, and promotes change management, training, documentation, and organizational adoption. Oversees direct-report performance, development, and delivery of improvement projects.

Owns the U.S. business representation and product roadmap for Nuveen’s Security Master platform built on GoldenSource. Translates reference data needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities; coordinates with stakeholders across trading, portfolio management, risk, and operations; and partners with India-based product and engineering teams. The role also supports PI Planning, governance, data quality, issue escalation, roadmap reporting, and alignment across public and private asset classes.

Partners with wealth management advisors to identify high-net-worth clients’ financial goals, analyze their financial situations, and develop customized investment and retirement recommendations. Manages and grows client relationships, maintains a book of business, conducts investment research, addresses regulatory and tax considerations, and achieves sales and referral targets through tailored financial solutions.
