Execute technical QA for Braze lifecycle email and SMS campaigns, including Canvases, audience targeting, Liquid personalization, rendering, links, tracking, encoding, and opt-out functionality. Monitor deployments, audit automations, troubleshoot delivery and data issues, and document reproducible bugs for engineering partners. This remote, part-time contract averages approximately 10 hours weekly.

Own Tia’s organic social strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Create, script, film, edit, publish, and optimize social content; manage community engagement; monitor social conversations; maintain link-in-bio and UTM tracking; and build performance reports connecting social activity to traffic, engagement, and audience growth.
