Lead marketing strategy for a national multifamily portfolio: set ILS and digital ad standards, manage vendors, create property-level plans and assets, build reporting and performance insights, oversee online reputation, and advise regional leaders to drive leasing and cost-per-lease improvements.

Lead FF&E vision and standards across the portfolio; manage end-to-end FF&E projects including specs, procurement, budgets, schedules, vendors, and installations; perform site visits and quality control; collaborate with operations, marketing, facilities, and impact teams to drive leasing, branding, and resident experience.

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom, IT infrastructure, and property-technology projects: create plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage risks and compliance, track milestones and documentation, and ensure timely, on-scope implementation.
