Maintain and patrol community grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety. Empty trash and pet stations, clean common areas, report hazards, and support maintenance crew with make-ready and seasonal tasks while interacting courteously with residents.

Manage resident accounts, rent collection, leasing support, delinquency and reporting; partner with Property Manager on daily operations, screening, maintenance coordination, resident engagement, and community events to maintain occupancy and service quality.

Lead marketing strategy for a national multifamily portfolio: set ILS and digital ad standards, manage vendors, create property-level plans and assets, build reporting and performance insights, oversee online reputation, and advise regional leaders to drive leasing and cost-per-lease improvements.
