Leads operational and financial performance across a multifamily housing portfolio. Oversees regional directors, budgeting, forecasting, NOI growth, occupancy, revenue optimization, expense management, asset strategies, repositioning, compliance, organizational change, and leadership development. Partners with ownership and asset management while balancing profitability, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and community impact.

Supports apartment community operations by managing resident accounts, rent collection, reporting, leasing, occupancy records, customer service, evictions, maintenance coordination, and resident events. Partners with the Property Manager on daily operations, resolves resident concerns, maintains accurate records, and supports leasing and retention efforts. Requires at least one year of property management experience, strong organization and communication skills, financial comfort, and bilingual Spanish proficiency.
