Leads Thunderbird Partnership Foundation’s Training and Education team, programs, curriculum, work plans, stakeholder engagement, budgets, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role oversees culturally grounded training focused on First Nations mental wellness and addictions, including Train the Trainer and community of practice programs. Responsibilities include team leadership, Indigenous knowledge integration, training resource development, evaluation, relationship building, funding support, and collaboration with First Nations communities, Knowledge Keepers, partners, and stakeholders.

Provides administrative support for the Child Youth Family Wellness Training team, including training coordination, event planning, meeting minutes, data processing, document and records management, invoicing, payment requisitions, and project timeline tracking. The role coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders, supports digital collaboration tools, assists with travel and event logistics, and helps improve training programs through participant feedback.

Provides approximately 60% financial and 40% administrative support, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll reporting, reconciliations, credit card monitoring, deposits, coding, audit preparation, HST files, banking forms, and payment tracking. Supports board governance, event planning, special projects, filing systems, and general administration while maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and responding to routine inquiries.
