Conducts entry-level audits of casino revenue reports, assists auditors and finance leadership with financial documents, verifies gaming machines, consolidates audit worksheets, maintains records, and supports compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and basic accounting knowledge.

Lead all accounting and financial reporting for the casino, oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, month/quarter/year-end close, audits, and finance staff. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, enforce policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely, accurate financial results.

Manage day-to-day IT operations, supervise IT staff, maintain and upgrade servers, networks, and security. Develop maintenance and growth plans, enforce policies, oversee disaster recovery, vendor relationships, and ensure continuity of computer services across the organization.

Oversee HR and payroll functions: develop and implement personnel policies, ensure federal/state/Tribal compliance, manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, supervise HR staff, administer 401(k), maintain HR records, develop departmental budget, and support managers with onboarding, training, and personnel issues.
