Manages food, beverage, and retail operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, pricing, waste reduction, food preparation, customer service, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, and event support. The role supervises cooks, bartenders, cashiers, and retail personnel while ensuring profitability, quality standards, and compliance with tribal, state, and federal requirements. Work includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Lead all accounting and financial reporting for the casino, oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, month/quarter/year-end close, audits, and finance staff. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, enforce policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely, accurate financial results.

Supervise up to 12 dealers, ensure game integrity and customer service, monitor suspicious activity, handle large cash amounts, prepare regulatory reports, assist scheduling, and deal games as needed while maintaining compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal gaming regulations.

Provide front-line HR administrative support: greet visitors, answer phones, maintain employee records, assist with applicant tracking, onboarding, HR database updates, filing, mail, access control, and routine HR correspondence while ensuring confidentiality and supporting HR staff.

Manage day-to-day IT operations, supervise IT staff, maintain and upgrade servers, networks, and security. Develop maintenance and growth plans, enforce policies, oversee disaster recovery, vendor relationships, and ensure continuity of computer services across the organization.

Oversee HR and payroll functions: develop and implement personnel policies, ensure federal/state/Tribal compliance, manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, supervise HR staff, administer 401(k), maintain HR records, develop departmental budget, and support managers with onboarding, training, and personnel issues.

Supervise EVS staff to maintain a clean, sanitary, and hospitable environment for guests and employees. Train staff, operate mechanized cleaning equipment, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, MSDS), manage waste disposal, report repairs, maintain restrooms and public areas, and work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
