Build and lead Throne’s talent acquisition function as its first dedicated TA hire. Own full-cycle recruiting for professional and managerial roles across engineering, product, sales, and corporate teams; design scalable hiring processes, implement an ATS, manage recruiting metrics and budgets, support field hiring, and lead executive searches. Partner with Finance, People Operations, founders, and hiring managers while working remotely across U.S. time zones.

Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-tier public sector accounts, driving renewals, expansion, customer satisfaction, referrals, onboarding, and executive business reviews. Maintain accurate HubSpot records, support new market launches, improve account management playbooks and forecasting, and coordinate cross-functional customer outcomes with Sales, Product, and Operations. The role is primarily remote with up to 25% domestic travel.
