Lead local field operations to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and user satisfaction of public restrooms. Perform cleaning, restocking, inspections, basic preventative maintenance, and operate a medium-duty pump truck for wastewater removal. Coordinate with technicians and management to track feedback and improve processes.

Lead and develop a NYC field technician team to maintain, repair, and deploy Throne units. Own scheduling, ticketing, inventory, SLA adherence, performance tracking, and cross-functional feedback to improve processes, safety, and uptime.
