Lead and develop a NYC field technician team to maintain, repair, and deploy Throne units. Own scheduling, ticketing, inventory, SLA adherence, performance tracking, and cross-functional feedback to improve processes, safety, and uptime.

Own full-cycle sales for city and transit agency accounts on the East Coast. Navigate government budgeting, SLED procurement, RFPs, and long multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Build market density, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Account Management and cross-functional teams, and drive regional revenue growth.

Lead and perform hands-on field work cleaning, restocking, and maintaining public restroom units across Los Angeles. Train and coach Cleaning Operations Specialists, conduct inspections and audits, troubleshoot minor repairs, document work via mobile apps, and operate a company vehicle while reporting issues and recommendations to the Operations Manager.
