Lead and grow a distributed product engineering team, own technical roadmap and engineering quality standards, drive architectural modernization and SRE practices (observability, incident response), partner with Product and Design, oversee AI-assisted tooling adoption, and own engineering hiring and cross-functional representation.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across clinics. Build financial models and dashboards, analyze provider and clinic economics, partner with Data Analytics and cross-functional teams, present insights to leadership, and improve reporting processes.

Provide clinical supervision to resident therapists (minimum six), including weekly group and individual supervision, documentation oversight, coaching on professional and clinical development, and maintaining a clinical caseload (minimum 15 sessions / 20 hours availability weekly). Complete supervision and coaching documentation and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues. Ensure regulatory and state-specific supervision requirements are met.

Provide remote clinical supervision to board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners: monthly 20–30 minute Zoom supervision per NP, same-business-day email/text availability M–F, chart/progress note review, brief documentation after each supervision, complete required annual training. Must be licensed and reside in South Carolina, supervise at least four NPs, and meet stated disciplinary and experience criteria. Compensation: $800/month per NP.

Provide part-time direct psychiatric care (evaluations, medication management, individualized treatment plans) and supervise PMHNPs (chart review, consultations, compliance, quality assurance). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain EMR documentation, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to clinical education and policy development. Schedule typically ~30 clinical hours and ~10 supervisory hours per week with telepsychiatry options.

Provide remote clinical supervision to employed board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, perform quarterly QA and chart reviews, complete monthly supervision documentation, be available M–F via text/email, and attend two in-person Tennessee meetings per year.
