Build and grow healthcare referral partnerships across Florida. Manage referral accounts, conduct outreach, educate healthcare stakeholders about services, improve referral processes, identify territory opportunities, and use Salesforce, dashboards, and performance data to prioritize activity. Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Patient Access, and Billing teams to address partner needs and increase referrals, client visits, and partnership expansion.

Provides counseling services for clients experiencing depression and anxiety, conducts intakes, diagnoses clients using the current DSM under licensed supervision, and participates in clinical supervision. The role requires full-time availability, flexible scheduling, hybrid office and remote work, and residence within 45 minutes of the Lubbock office. Responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload, attending supervisory meetings, and delivering quality mental health care.

Lead revenue cycle operations, including patient accounts receivable, credit balances, eligibility verification, billing call center workflows, insurance denials, write-offs, collections, and outsourced vendor management. Develop KPIs, SOPs, training, and process improvements to reduce aging and denials, improve revenue integrity and cash flow, and enhance the patient financial journey across a multistate healthcare environment.
