Teams at Thriveworks

Partner with executive leadership, clinical operations, and growth teams to lead FP&A across clinics and service lines. Build financial models, perform scenario analysis, evaluate new clinic openings and M&A, develop KPIs and dashboards, deliver executive-ready analyses, and lead a team of financial analysts to improve scalability, efficiency, and profitability in a high-growth healthcare services organization.

Provides clinical and group supervision to at least six resident therapists, including coaching, documentation oversight, performance collaboration, and weekly supervision records. Maintains a client caseload of at least 10 weekly hours while supporting diagnostic assessment, therapy, and counseling services. Requires an active South Carolina LISW-CP license, appropriate supervision credentials, state panel credentialing, and prior Thriveworks clinical employment.

Provide clinical supervision to resident therapists (minimum six), including weekly group and individual supervision, documentation oversight, coaching on professional and clinical development, and maintaining a clinical caseload (minimum 15 sessions / 20 hours availability weekly). Complete supervision and coaching documentation and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues. Ensure regulatory and state-specific supervision requirements are met.
