Maintain community standards by preparing and staging vacant tour homes, ensuring cleanliness and safety, assisting leasing with tours and lease processing, performing applicant background and income checks, managing resident files, processing payments, entering service requests, supporting move-ins/outs and renewals, and delivering excellent resident customer service.

Manage development, analysis, and reporting of construction schedules from preconstruction through closeout for multifamily, commercial, retail, and parking garage projects. Create CPM schedules and baselines, track delays and long-lead items, coordinate look-aheads and weekly updates with project teams and trade partners, maintain reporting for stakeholders, align schedules with accounting and cash flow, and implement recovery strategies to remove bottlenecks.

Support daily property operations and resident services by preparing model homes, processing applications and leases, conducting background and income verifications, managing move-ins and renewals, handling resident requests and payments, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Coordinate and quality-check unit turns across multiple properties: perform inspections, document work with photos/notes, support painting/cleaning/maintenance, schedule final inspections, update work orders in Entrata, report deficiencies to the Turn Manager, and ensure units meet move-in standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain community presentation and White Glove standards; handle leasing administration from application to move-in orientation; conduct tours and background checks; manage resident files, payments, service requests, renewals, and move-ins/outs; ensure Fair Housing compliance and deliver excellent resident customer service.

Support the Community Manager by overseeing onsite leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgets, rent collection, reporting, compliance, team hiring/training, and vendor coordination to deliver superior resident experience and meet financial goals.
