Serve as first point of contact for incoming leads, respond quickly during core hours, qualify prospects, schedule tours, build multi-channel follow-up cadences, log activity in CRM, and coordinate warm handoffs with on-site leasing teams while providing feedback for marketing and maintaining high conversion focus.

Maintain community standards by preparing and staging vacant tour homes, ensuring cleanliness and safety, assisting leasing with tours and lease processing, performing applicant background and income checks, managing resident files, processing payments, entering service requests, supporting move-ins/outs and renewals, and delivering excellent resident customer service.

Manage development, analysis, and reporting of construction schedules from preconstruction through closeout for multifamily, commercial, retail, and parking garage projects. Create CPM schedules and baselines, track delays and long-lead items, coordinate look-aheads and weekly updates with project teams and trade partners, maintain reporting for stakeholders, align schedules with accounting and cash flow, and implement recovery strategies to remove bottlenecks.
