Manages apartment communities, teams, budgets, leasing, renewals, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, compliance, reporting, and financial performance. Leads hiring, training, staff development, vendor and client communications, marketing initiatives, resident issue resolution, preventative maintenance, audits, and capital improvement planning. Ensures communities meet company standards, regulatory requirements, operational objectives, and budgeted financial goals while delivering a strong resident experience.

Support daily property operations and resident services by preparing model homes, processing applications and leases, conducting background and income verifications, managing move-ins and renewals, handling resident requests and payments, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies to ensure high resident satisfaction.
