Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for multifamily residential and F&B concepts. Drive lease-up performance, manage omnichannel campaigns, own budgets and KPIs, coordinate go-to-market and PR, and collaborate with digital, social, creative, and operations teams.

Support the Community Manager by overseeing onsite leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgets, rent collection, reporting, compliance, team hiring/training, and vendor coordination to deliver superior resident experience and meet financial goals.

Support daily property operations and resident services by preparing model homes, processing applications and leases, conducting background and income verifications, managing move-ins and renewals, handling resident requests and payments, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies to ensure high resident satisfaction.
