Lead creative strategy for performance, promotional, and launch marketing across digital channels. Own full-funnel creative ideation, testing, and ad production systems; manage agency and creator relationships; analyze paid media and email performance to inform creative direction; scale high-volume ad production (~150 concepts/month); mentor two junior strategists and present results to senior leadership.

Own day-to-day purchasing and open order management, execute NetSuite MRP transactions, manage supplier relationships, resolve production and quality issues, reconcile inventory, support S&OP, and lead weekly inventory risk reviews.

Lead QA/QC for color cosmetics and skincare by developing and maintaining a Quality Management System, SOPs, and CAPA processes. Oversee testing of bulk and finished goods, manage third-party labs, conduct supplier and CM audits for GMP and regulatory compliance, investigate quality issues and complaints, support regulatory documentation (SDS, PIF), and train cross-functional teams. Requires travel for audits and AQL inspections.

Support purchasing and inventory management by creating and managing POs/WOs/TOs in NetSuite, tracking production and shipments, reconciling inventory with contract manufacturers, mitigating supply risks, managing excess inventory and expedites, processing BOM revisions, resolving invoice discrepancies, and delivering weekly inventory risk updates to cross-functional teams.
