Manage 1st-shift warehouse production: lead and coach a large team, drive continuous improvement, enforce safety, monitor hourly KPIs and production reports, and maintain high attendance and performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Sole onsite HR partner for a Dallas warehouse supporting staffing, high-volume recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, leadership coaching, HRIS recordkeeping (Paycom), and close partnership with operations to resolve workforce issues.

Manage supplier relationships and coordinate inbound/outbound supply for assigned Processing Centers. Maintain inventory, negotiate pricing and terms, create load requests, review invoices, monitor supplier performance, and develop buying plans to meet volume, value, and quality targets. Support procurement improvements, assess supply risks, conduct onsite supplier meetings, and act as subject matter expert for Thrift and Library supply channels.

Design and build .NET/C# and SQL Server-based tools to improve fulfillment center efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders, deliver end-to-end solutions, integrate third-party APIs, and apply frontend frameworks (React/Blazor) plus explore image processing, computer vision, LLMs, and full-text search to automate and scale operations.
