Leads customer acquisition and performance marketing strategy for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. Owns multi-channel acquisition, budgets, customer acquisition costs, conversion, profitability, payback, and lifetime value. Manages and develops the Acquisition team, agencies, platforms, and external partners while collaborating with Retention, Product, Analytics, UX/UI, Merchandising, Web Development, and Finance. Establishes measurement and testing frameworks and scales profitable customer and revenue growth.

Leads customer retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, CRM, segmentation, personalization, and retention analytics for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. Owns repeat purchase, engagement, churn, reactivation, loyalty participation, and customer lifetime value metrics. Manages the Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing team, ReadingRewards program, technology and vendor partners, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Finance.

Leads financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI development, executive and Board reporting, and risk and opportunity assessment. Partners with executives and business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, improve profitability, and drive informed decisions. Oversees Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts while translating financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.

Build and maintain production analytics data models using dbt, improving data quality, documentation, testing, and performance. Partner with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and translate ambiguous questions into scalable data solutions. Promote engineering best practices through solution design, code review, and collaboration. Use Fivetran and Stitch for data ingestion while supporting reporting, experimentation, and operational decision-making.
