Analyzes and optimizes ecommerce performance marketing across digital channels. Uses SQL and marketing data to evaluate revenue, ROAS, acquisition, conversion, spend efficiency, and campaign performance. Designs marketing tests, improves reporting and conversion tracking, troubleshoots Google Tag Manager implementations, and translates complex analysis into actionable recommendations. Collaborates with Marketing, Analytics, Data, Technology, agencies, and vendors on measurement and performance initiatives.

Leads customer acquisition and performance marketing for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. Owns multi-channel acquisition strategy, budgets, CAC, conversion, contribution margin, payback, and customer lifetime value. Manages the Acquisition team, agencies, platforms, and external partners while partnering with Product, Analytics, UX/UI, Merchandising, Web Development, and Finance. Establishes measurement and testing frameworks and uses marketing and financial data to optimize profitable customer and revenue growth.

Leads customer retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, CRM, segmentation, personalization, and retention analytics for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. Owns repeat purchase, engagement, churn, reactivation, loyalty participation, and lifetime value metrics. Manages the Lifecycle and Loyalty Marketing team, oversees the ReadingRewards program and technology partners, and collaborates across marketing, product, analytics, technology, merchandising, customer service, and finance to improve customer engagement and retention.

Build and maintain production analytics data models using dbt, improving data quality, documentation, testing, and performance. Partner with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and translate ambiguous questions into scalable data solutions. Promote engineering best practices through solution design, code review, and collaboration. Use Fivetran and Stitch for data ingestion while supporting reporting, experimentation, and operational decision-making.
