Provide recovery-oriented psychiatric evaluation and medication management for members in community settings, including home visits with ACT teams. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document electronic physician notes same day, consult on treatment planning, complete member-related forms, and support training/research as directed. Must work onsite two days weekly in Kankakee, IL.

Provide IPS-based vocational support to people with severe and persistent mental illness: develop employment goals, coach on full-cycle job skills (resumes, interviews, employer communication), remove barriers (transportation, accommodations), document progress, and build employer relationships. Collaborate with clinical teams and receive ongoing training and supervision.
