As a Peer Engagement Specialist, you will support individuals in mental health crises by providing assessments, interventions, and follow-up care, using personal recovery experiences to build rapport and offer assistance.

Participate in outreach and professional development during downtime.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative roles: source, screen, interview, present candidates, manage offers, build talent pools, run internship program, and partner with hiring managers and agencies to meet hiring needs.
