Teams at Thresholds

Lead and continuously improve the enterprise information security and risk program, manage security operations, cloud/application/infrastructure security, vulnerability and threat management, risk assessments, policy and awareness, incident response, and a security team. Advise senior leaders, embed security-by-design, ensure compliance, and translate strategy into measurable roadmaps that balance protection with business needs.

Manages daily department operations and provides administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, meeting coordination, mail handling, financial record maintenance in QuickBooks, and report preparation. Serves as a liaison with internal departments and external agencies, supervises administrative staff, coordinates special projects, maintains confidential records, and supports clinical form entry. Requires occasional travel to other agency locations.

Provides community-based mental health case management and care planning. Connects clients with resources, supports recovery and daily living skills, navigates complex systems, and transports clients to appointments, benefits offices, and essential errands. Builds supportive relationships, documents services, adapts care to client needs, and applies harm reduction and trauma-informed practices. The role includes clinical supervision, professional development, and collaboration with care teams.
