Provide community-based mental health and substance use support through care planning, case management, resource navigation, daily living skills coaching, and transportation to appointments. Adapt to client schedules, document progress, and participate in clinical supervision and professional development using trauma-informed, harm reduction practices.

Respond to mental health crises by answering hotline calls, conducting safety assessments, coordinating services, and providing in-person community interventions. Build rapport through lived recovery experience, support least-restrictive crisis responses, provide follow-up care, document services, distribute basic necessities, and conduct outreach. The role requires collaboration with crisis workers, professional development, and work in varied weather and community settings.
