Manages end-to-end marketing project execution, including intake, scheduling, task assignments, campaign calendars, approvals, quality control, brand standards, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates direct mail, digital campaigns, events, media opportunities, production shoots, and fundraising-related marketing timelines. Develops marketing copy and speaking points, maintains document and asset control, and recommends process improvements.

Creates print and digital marketing materials that support the organization’s brand, mission, communications, advertising, events, and social media. Designs presentations, signage, collateral, and employee communications; manages projects, deadlines, vendors, proofing, budgets, and archives. Serves as an in-house event photographer and videographer, edits multimedia content, supports departments with creative guidance, and provides administrative assistance.

Provide front-desk reception, phone and visitor handling, and customer service. Assist clients with SNAP eligibility prescreening and applications, make follow-up contacts, enter and manage data and referral logs, perform general office tasks, and support community distributions and partner communications.

Plans, coordinates, and executes on-site and off-site special events, including vendor management, budgeting, catering, logistics, venue setup, staffing, client communication, and post-event procedures. Develops donor-focused event strategies, maintains BEOs and booking calendars, coordinates food service and decor, oversees volunteers and temporary staff, manages invoices and purchase orders, and operates basic audiovisual equipment. The role requires flexibility for occasional nights and weekends, travel between locations, and work in a commercial kitchen environment.
