Supervises the Partner Services team and oversees daily partner-facing operations, including service quality, partner onboarding, delivery coordination, records, reporting, and issue resolution. The role coaches frontline staff, manages workloads, monitors partner satisfaction, supports escalations, develops training materials, and recommends process improvements. It also coordinates with transportation, warehouse, procurement, and senior leadership to ensure reliable partner services and accurate operational documentation.
