Greet guests and provide cashiering services—redeem VLT/Keno/Sportsbook tickets, process checks and cash exchanges, sell box office tickets, register Players Club accounts, issue revenue banks, support VIP events and promotions, maintain area and inventory, balance banks, and comply with Title 31 and gaming policies.

Provide security and protection for Tribal members, guests, and team members in the casino. Enforce laws and policies, monitor for theft and hazards, respond to incidents and administer first aid, inspect fire suppression equipment, guard money/chip transfers, write incident reports, and support special events and daily security operations.

Processes bi-weekly payroll for two casino properties, including earnings, deductions, tax withholding, time and attendance, corrections, reconciliations, labor cost reporting, and confidential record maintenance. Troubleshoots payroll systems, maintains employee data, supports policy compliance, answers team member questions, and trains management on payroll processing, scheduling, and reporting.

Maintains accounts payable and receivable records for two casino locations. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, processing and coding invoices in Beanworks, posting batches in Sage, handling credit card payments, maintaining fixed asset and depreciation schedules, running check payments, and verifying receiving documentation. Requires accounting knowledge, accurate data entry, 10-key proficiency, schedule flexibility, gaming licensure, and compliance with required substance testing.

Executes casino promotions, jackpot announcements, marketing events, tournaments, and entertainment initiatives. Engages guests on the casino floor, explains Players Club benefits, enrolls new members, promotes participation, submits shift reports, and supports promotion setup. Provides exceptional guest service, may oversee event staff, and assists with gifting and other marketing activities. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and involves prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
