Executes casino promotions, jackpot announcements, marketing events, tournaments, and entertainment initiatives. Engages guests on the casino floor, explains Players Club benefits, enrolls new members, promotes participation, submits shift reports, and supports promotion setup. Provides exceptional guest service, may oversee event staff, and assists with gifting and other marketing activities. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and involves prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

Processes accurate bi-weekly payroll for two casino properties, including earnings, deductions, tax withholdings, reconciliations, corrections, and timekeeping updates. Maintains confidential payroll records and team-member data, prepares labor-cost and management reports, supports payroll policies and procedures, and provides payroll-related assistance and training. Requires payroll experience, computer proficiency, 10-key skills, organizational ability, gaming licensure, drug and alcohol testing, and availability for all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Manage daily service desk operations, supervise and mentor staff, enforce SLAs and ITIL processes, coordinate escalations with infrastructure/network/application teams, maintain asset and license inventories, ensure PCI DSS and NIST compliance for end-user systems, and support onboarding/offboarding and endpoint deployments.

Performs daily revenue audits across casino departments, including cage, food and beverage, table games, hotel, golf, slots, bingo, poker, and sportsbook. Maintains accurate records, distributes authorized data, follows internal controls and departmental procedures, and supports management requests. The role requires accurate data entry, computer proficiency, strong organization, clear English communication, flexible availability across shifts, weekends, holidays, and compliance with gaming licensing and substance-testing requirements.

Enforce casino and tribal policies, monitor activities, respond to incidents and injuries, provide personal protection, inspect for safety/fire hazards, guard cash/chip transfers, write incident reports, and support security operations and special events.
