Supervises table games dealers and ensures games follow casino rules, regulatory requirements, policies, and internal controls. Trains and evaluates team members, manages dealer rotations, resolves guest concerns, maintains game inventories and bankrolls, authorizes fills and credits, verifies jackpots, documents transactions, and communicates irregularities to management. The role requires competency across assigned casino games, regulatory compliance, guest service, and availability for all shifts.

Greet guests and provide cashiering services—redeem VLT/Keno/Sportsbook tickets, process checks and cash exchanges, sell box office tickets, register Players Club accounts, issue revenue banks, support VIP events and promotions, maintain area and inventory, balance banks, and comply with Title 31 and gaming policies.

Provide security and protection for Tribal members, guests, and team members in the casino. Enforce laws and policies, monitor for theft and hazards, respond to incidents and administer first aid, inspect fire suppression equipment, guard money/chip transfers, write incident reports, and support special events and daily security operations.
