Manage and grow strategic APAC client accounts in the payments sector. Manage and grow strategic payments partnerships across APAC and international markets. Responsibilities include recruiting channel partners, developing partnership strategies, expanding existing relationships, generating commercial pipelines, managing referrals, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, identifying revenue opportunities, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires strong payments-domain expertise, relationships with issuers and fintech stakeholders, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Leads implementation delivery across APAC and MENA, owning regional performance from requirements definition through go-live and post-launch adoption. Manages diverse teams, complex programs, stakeholder relationships, regulatory compliance, commercial priorities, risks, and continuous improvement. Requires deep payments and cards expertise, knowledge of Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and regional payment networks, plus strong leadership, influencing, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. International travel is required as needed.

Leads and develops an engineering team responsible for a customer-facing platform, internal tooling, and portal. Owns front-end engineering, platform integration, delivery prioritization, scalability, reliability, and quality improvements. Partners with Product, Implementation, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions, improve the sandbox-to-implementation journey, and apply AI technologies to engineering practices and platform capabilities. Also manages third-party technology partners and supports strategic projects across the UK engineering team.

Leads product strategy and market insight for APAC payments, representing Product with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, prospects, and regulators. Owns roadmap recommendations, product discovery, solution shaping, pricing, go-to-market strategy, prioritization, and market-critical enhancements across payments products. Requires deep payments expertise, bilingual Mandarin and English fluency, strong commercial judgment, end-to-end product ownership, and the ability to coordinate global Product, Engineering, Commercial, and regional teams. The role is hybrid in Singapore two days per week.
