Manage and grow strategic APAC client accounts in the payments sector. Responsibilities include developing account plans, driving cross-sell and upsell growth, leading business reviews, negotiating renewals and pricing, resolving complex issues, monitoring performance, and influencing product priorities. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, strong payments expertise, commercial acumen, analytical ability, and effective cross-functional collaboration. This position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Singapore office.

Manage and grow strategic payments partnerships across APAC and international markets. Responsibilities include recruiting channel partners, developing partnership strategies, expanding existing relationships, generating commercial pipelines, managing referrals, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, identifying revenue opportunities, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires strong payments-domain expertise, relationships with issuers and fintech stakeholders, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Leads implementation delivery across APAC and MENA, owning regional performance from requirements definition through go-live and post-launch adoption. Manages diverse teams, complex programs, stakeholder relationships, regulatory compliance, commercial priorities, risks, and continuous improvement. Requires deep payments and cards expertise, knowledge of Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and regional payment networks, plus strong leadership, influencing, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. International travel is required as needed.
