Deliver client implementation work items and support larger projects from requirements through go-live and handover. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, producing clear documentation, configuring payment platform environments, coordinating integrations and testing, and working with clients, internal teams, and third parties. The role requires technical understanding, REST and SOAP API experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluent Mandarin.

Owns and delivers client implementation work items, including change requests and projects, while supporting larger implementation programs. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, clients, and third parties throughout delivery and handoff to support functions.

Manage delivery of a portfolio of client implementations for a payments platform: capture requirements, configure platform, support integrations and testing, manage stakeholders, risks, documentation, handover to operations, and provide first-line technical troubleshooting.
